This statement represents Recann’s commitment to combating modern slavery and is nonbinding on Recann. This statement does not form part of Recann’s employees’ contract of employment and may be amended at any time.

Recann is a global search and recruitment service provider, focusing on the provision of professionals across multiple specialisms and sectors. Recann takes the issue of Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking seriously and has made information available to explain. Recann has a strict policy against modern slavery and is fully committed to eliminating it from its business operations. The company operates with ethics and integrity and has put in place systems to prevent slavery and trafficking. Recann is committed to regularly reviewing and updating our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy and relevant procedures to ensure they are up-todate and effective in tackling the issue. Any suspected violations will be thoroughly investigated and dealt with appropriately. Recann is committed to working with relevant authorities, including law enforcement, to combat slavery and human trafficking and to ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.

2 OUTLINE OF OUR VOLUNTARY MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

Recann's Voluntary Modern Slavery Statement outlines our stance and actions towards addressing modern slavery risks related to its operations. "Modern slavery" refers to slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking as defined by the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Recann is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its own business and among its suppliers and clients. Recann may require its suppliers and clients to agree to its modern slavery statement by completing due diligence questions. This statement is a voluntary declaration of Recann's commitment against modern slavery and human trafficking.

3 RECANN’S STANCE ON MODERN SLAVERY

Recann opposes slavery and human trafficking in all forms and has implemented measures to prevent it in its own business and as much as possible, among its suppliers and clients. Recann values human rights, promotes equality and combats discrimination. Recann takes a strong stance against the global issue of slavery and human trafficking.

4 PREVENTION AND COMMITMENT

Recann is fully committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its business operations and ensuring that its suppliers and clients are free from it. If a user, supplier, or client is suspected of being involved in modern slavery, Recann will immediately end its relationship with them.

Recann requests that its suppliers and clients adhere to its principles by completing modern slavery and human trafficking due diligence questions prior to starting business with them to help identify and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking

5 PROCEDURES FOR PREVENTION

Recann follows policies and procedures to comply with applicable employment laws and has specific policies related to modern slavery such as safeguarding, grievance, equality diversity and inclusion, and dignity at work. Neither its staff, suppliers, nor clients are in categories commonly considered at risk of modern slavery.

Recann is dedicated to providing training to its staff and partners to increase their understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and raise awareness so they can recognize the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and identify and report potential violations of Modern Slavery Act 2015

6 BREACH OF THIS STATEMENT

Any personnel of Recann who breaches the terms of this statement will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct

We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach the terms of this statement.

7 NON-BINDING VOLUNTARY STATEMENT

This statement, made voluntarily to support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and represents Recann’s commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking.
